I’m a year round athlete and am additionally at the gym five days a week. At 5’6”, 140-145 lbs., I can go to town on fast food or work out for a solid two hours and won’t see a weight change. So STOP LOOKING AT THE SCALE AND LOOK IN THE MIRROR! Unfortunately, people like myself will not lose weight as quickly or even at all because they’re substituting fat for muscle and It’s more than okay to have a toned, healthier body. Because let’s face it: some goal weights may not be possible with our bone structures and some number can’t determine how beautiful you are.
